Located near the Blue Ridge Mountains, we are all about BIG cookies. We don’t do flat. We celebrate the 'Crag'—that rugged, mountainous look you only get when you heap dough by hand. It’s a down-home, Georgia-mountain style that creates those perfect crispy peaks and soft, nooks-and-crannies texture.
